A well-established client in Buckingham is seeking a Parts Advisor with excellent customer service skills.
The role involves handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and some Saturday working on a rota basis is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for overtime.

I am currently working with a well established client in Buckingham recruiting for a Parts Advisor.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and we able to work independently and as part of a team.

Deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email
Processing orders and invoices
Ensure stock is accurate and adequate stock levels are maintained
Communicating with internal departments
Allocating stock to customer orders
Advise on suitable parts and keep the customer updated on their orders

This is a full time, permanent position. The role requires some Saturday working on a rota basis, and overtime is available.
