Position Overview

This position as a Health and Safety Advisor is an opportunity to lead from the front, taking ownership of Health and Safety policies, corrective actions planning and health and safety training for the site.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Working with the site teams to drive a change in HSE culture
  • Investigating and managing all incidents effectively and promptly
  • Driving the cultural change for a safer work environment
  • Keeping pace with all relevant legislation and industry guidelines
  • Upholding the company's core values in every task and decision-making process.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH qualification
  • IOSH member
  • Train the trainer
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role
  • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG in a health & safety role
