ROLE

Preferably working two days in the Bedforshire office – site locations can range from London to Cambridgeshire.

• Management of maintenance teams
• Being proactive by resolving queries, complaints and problems
  Management of sub-contractors
• Staff management which includes but not limited to: Behavior, workload, quality assurance, holiday, timesheets.
• Method statements / Risk Assessments
• Winter drain down / Summer start up

Cost management – plant, materials ensuring the contract is on budget

MUST HAVE

Horticulture NVQ
Experience in commercial landscape construction / maintenance
Ability to read and understand drawings
CSCS
Computer literate
Full UK Driver’s License
