Overview
A distinctive Higher Education Institution located in picturesque Oxfordshire is seeking Senior Quality Manager to fill a permanent position. Once training is completed there is an option for Hybrid working of up to 2 days a week from Home.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Deputy Head of Services (Quality) and will be responsible for all Quality Assurance and Compliance matters.
Will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering a range of supporting materials in relation to compliance matters, this includes supporting communication and successful engagement plans of new compliance matters.
Project manage new processes, procedures & initiatives and audit activities.
Essential Experience and Knowledge
- QA Policy Implementation
- Meeting Facilitation - Serving QA Meetings
- Process Monitoring
- Compliance & Reporting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications
- A relevant Masters degree, professional qualification or extensive experience
- Skilled in communication
- Ability to form relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrable decision making experience
