Job Duties:
  • Providing administrative support to solicitors in the conveyancing residential department
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • screening incoming calls
  • Managing and organising files and documents
  • Assisting with client communication and correspondence
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in conveyancing residential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:

Minimum of a Legal Secretary or Paralegal qualification

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of conveyancing residential procedures
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Understanding of legal terminology and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a law firm or legal department
  • Additional legal qualifications or certifications
Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment. Standard office hours apply.
