Job Duties:- Providing administrative support to solicitors in the conveyancing residential department
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- screening incoming calls
- Managing and organising files and documents
- Assisting with client communication and correspondence
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in conveyancing residential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum of a Legal Secretary or Paralegal qualification
Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of conveyancing residential procedures
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Understanding of legal terminology and processes
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department
- Additional legal qualifications or certifications
This role is based in an office environment. Standard office hours apply.
