What You Will Do:
  • Continually review and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, delivery, and quality standards.
  • Manage process documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans, ensuring adherence to company's high-quality standards.
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives in methods, tools, and materials to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering in defect investigation and root cause resolution to maintain product excellence.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Support and lead pre-series builds and manufacturing activities until project closure, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.
What You Will Bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an assembly engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in manufacturing method improvements and assembly processes.
  • A strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive "Can do" attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through improvement activities.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental policies.
