**What You Will Do:**

- Lead the delivery and improvement of products and processes into Manufacturing, ensuring they meet both the company's and customers' expectations.

- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing techniques to achieve high levels of efficiency, delivery, and quality standards.

- Manage 2/3 projects simultaneously, ensuring the management of core process documentation including PFMEA and Control Plans work instructions.

- Develop and support new product introduction processes, focusing on single piece flow and low volume.

- Support Quality Engineering in defect investigation, ensuring root cause resolution.

- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects, supporting project development activities alongside the NPI Launch Coordinator.

**What You Will Bring:**

- At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing assembly engineering role within a relevant industry.

- A Mechanical Engineering degree or higher.

- A proven track record of manufacturing method improvements in assembly.

- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification is advantageous but not essential.

- A strong "Can do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team through improvement activities.
