- Good construction industry technical knowledge and understanding
- Understanding of design details
- Familiarity of reviewing specifications and identification of key interfaces
- Knowledge of the overall building process
- Good understanding of legal requirements and ability to research / stay up to date with changing requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess effectiveness of current processes and identify improvements
- Ability to measure and monitor activities and produce reposrts to Senior Management on risk and
- opportunities
- Relevant internal auditor training by a 3rd Party to current ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards
- Capability to operate in an impartial manner during the course of auditing
- Good report writing skills, able to present evidence-based information succinctly and in a language / format that is easily understood by the
- intended audience
- Basic understanding of the NCR process
- Knowledge of suitable Root Cause Analysis methods
- Understanding of investigatory techniques and methodology
- Ability to recognise trends and identify appropriate opportunities for improvement
- Good report writing skills, able to present evidence-based information succinctly and in a language / format that is easily understood by the intended audience
