What You Will Do:

- Conduct inspection of components within the metrology department using CMM, Faro Arm, and various inspection tools such as Vernier Callipers, micrometres, and dial indicators.

- Provide measurement support and inspection reports across the facility.

- Complete device and component verification and validation to support development and manufacturing activities.

- Adopt best practices in all dimensional verification activities and lead Measurement Study Analysis.

- Manage the calibration and verification of equipment.

- Support the Metrology Leader and Quality Manager with additional duties as required.

What You Will Bring:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Metrology environment, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries.

- Proficiency in CNC CMM program platforms, specifically PcDmis, and Faro Arm with Polyworks.

- Competency in using gauges/tools and interpreting CMM reports.

- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as SPC, QDAS, MiniTab, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

- A flexible attitude, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
