Senior Creative Designer

South Buckinghamshire

Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. Every other Saturday 10am – 4pm

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an ambitious Creative Designer for a Luxury showroom in South Buckinghamshire.

This is a permanent opportunity offering up to £30,000 + Commission/Bonus with earning potential of up to £90,000 per annum.

Our client is looking for a passionate and determined Creative Designer with a natural drive to capture new project opportunities and who wants to design luxury kitchens.

You must have:

? A Minimum of 2/3 years designing and selling kitchens

? A Proven track record in sales

? Creative and accurate designing and quoting

? Experience of site preparation

? Excellent negotiation skills

? The ability to Deliver sales and close incentives

? The ability to Handle client disputes/issues on site

? The ability to build collaborative relationships and meet client needs

? The ability to generate new opportunities with new B2B clients and manage existing accounts

? A driven and determined attitude

The following technical experience is desirable:

? Smart

? CAD (ArtiCAD is a bonus)

? Photoshop

? Outlook

? Word

? Excel

? PowerPoint

You must be able to:

? Embrace technology

? Be prepared to learn and pick up systems and processes

? Have Awareness of your own targets and figures (conversion rate, average value, margin etc.)
