Description

The key responsibilities of the Part Time Accounts Assistant include:

  • Process and reconcile supplier and customer invoices in Xero

  • Manage bank feeds and perform regular bank reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end tasks and financial reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts

  • Support payroll preparation and HMRC submissions (if applicable)

  • Liaise with external accountants and support audits as needed

  • Help implement and improve financial processes and controls

Profile

The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Key and eagerness to grow and learn with a growing financially-backed SME
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • AAT study experience
