Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering Company in their search for a Machine Operator to work in their leading facility in Buckley
For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering:
- £12 - £13 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Training will be on day shift 7:30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Once trained shifts will be Afternoons (Mon - Thurs 2PM till Midnight)
- Temporary to Permanent position.

The role: Machine Operator
- Working from instruction
- Set up Machinery and using Hand and Power tools
- Sanding/Grinding components to remove splatter and any other reasonable duties.
- Operating machinery and some CNC work
- Quality checking finished products
- Carrying out Quality Assurance
- Manual Handling
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
- Experience and knowledge of working in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Be able to multitask, prioritise and follow work instructions.
- Teamwork, productivity, attitude and attendance are all important to this role in maintaining the success of the company.
- Good eye for detail
