Certain Advantage is collaborating with a prominent aerospace company in search of an experienced Systems Installation Integrator. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic small team covering multiple systems (E.g. Fuel, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrics).

What you will be doing:* Overseeing daily production challenges, including resolving non-conformities and managing design updates.* Collaborating with suppliers and key stakeholders to address any obstacles affecting component or aircraft delivery.* Ensuring seamless integration across multiple program areas, working across international teams and project boundaries.* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.* Providing support to final assembly lines worldwide.

Your background:* Background in fluid, mechanical, or electrical systems installation.* Adaptability, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.* A proactive approach to leading and implementing operational improvements, projects, and change initiatives.* Ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks and influence decision-making.* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on well-being and team cohesion.
