QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER

New contract opportunity available in Broughton for a Quality Conformance Engineer to support the quality industrialization of Major Modifications

  • On-site in Broughton
  • Occasional option to WFH
  • £31.56ph via Umbrella
  • 35-hour week over 4.5 days
  • Overtime at a premium rate
  • Initial contract until December 2025
  • BPSS clearance required (client will provide sponsorship)

WHAT WILL THEQUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER BE DOING?

The main responsibility will be to drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and facilitating improvements to increase performance, reliability and repeatability of processes. Other roles include:

  • Deploying APQP and Quality Standards
  • Supporting & Facilitating Failure Mode & Effect Analysis
  • Creating & updating Control Plans to incorporate modifications as required

WE NEED THEQUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…

  • A sound understanding of aircraft manufacturing and process improvements
  • Experience looking at preventative and quality methods
  • Experience with FEMEA, PPV and CP
  • Experience looking at modifications on the aircraft
  • Knowledge of APQP methods
