Acorn by Synergie is searching for Sales Support Administrator to join their client, a leading manufacturing business in Flint, North Wales.

Primarily focused on the UK market, the purpose of the role is to support Business Managers in the management and development of the company sales for a designated portfolio of customer accounts.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

* Drawing up and maintaining a project management schedule for each customer project, relevant internal documentation, co-ordinate and manage the artwork process, attend first production runs and prepare customer samples.

* Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide regular updates and highlight potential issues.

* Manage the administration for opening new customer accounts.

* Maintain customer relationships, customer negotiations and forcasting.

* Maintain the customer price files.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of the manufacturing process, the ability to lead projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full.

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
