HRGO are recruiting a Training & Development Administrator for our client in the Deeside area. You will be working for a leading global manufacturer within the HR department, assisting with the administration of the training and development of the site.

Role: Training & Development Administrator

Pay: £28,000 (paid in hourly rate whilst temporary with HRGO)

Location: Deeside

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

This role is based fully on-site, there is no remote working.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support for the Training & Development department
  • Manage database for training, including employee records, course lists
  • Coordinating trainee courses and assessments
  • Provide support for audits, both internal and external
  • Support the employee on-boarding process and HSE Compliance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in an admin role is essential
  • Able to work unsupervised in a team based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and SAP
