A contract opportunity is available for a Quality Conformance Engineer in Broughton to support quality industrialization of Major Modifications.
The position offers a pay rate of £31.56 per hour via Umbrella, with a 35-hour work week over 4.5 days and overtime paid at a premium rate.
Candidates must have a sound understanding of aircraft manufacturing, experience in preventative and quality methods, and knowledge of APQP methods.
The initial contract duration is until December 2025, and BPSS clearance is required, with client sponsorship provided.
Applicants should possess relevant experience in quality issues and modifications within the aircraft sector.

QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER

New contract opportunity available in Broughton for a Quality Conformance Engineer to support the quality industrialization of Major Modifications

On-site in Broughton
Occasional option to WFH
£31.56ph via Umbrella

WHAT WILL THEQUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER BE DOING?

The main responsibility will be to drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and facilitating improvements to increase performance, reliability and repeatability of processes. Other roles include:

Deploying APQP and Quality Standards
Supporting & Facilitating Failure Mode & Effect Analysis
Creating & updating Control Plans to incorporate modifications as required

WE NEED THEQUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…

A sound understanding of aircraft manufacturing and process improvements
Experience looking at preventative and quality methods
Experience looking at modifications on the aircraft
Knowledge of APQP methods
