Key Responsibilities:-
Order Processing & Shipping: Oversee shipping logistics, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process domestic and international shipment documents

Delivery Management: Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment

Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels to support smooth business operations

Returns & Invoicing: Handle returns, exchanges, and supplier invoices accurately

Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure precise and efficient data management in all processes

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including lab staff and project managers

Administrative Support: Assist with additional office tasks as needed

Location: Shotton (Hybrid - 3 days on-site; Mondays & Fridays remote after initial training)

Training: First 4 weeks fully on-site

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Friday (4:00 PM finish)

Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension)

Salary: £23,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: SAP experience is a plus but not essential (training provided)
