Your new companyA well established property developer based in Deeside is on the lookout for an HR Assistant to join their team to provide administrative support to the wider HR team on a temporary basis.Your new roleAs an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new starters into the HR system (iTrent), ensuring that the process is completed in a timely manner and all information is accurate and ready for monthly/lunar payrolls. You will ensure all leavers and transfer procedures, as well as flexible working/maternity/paternity requests are handled efficiently; and assist line managers with communication to employees as required. You will assist with advertising any vacancies and processing recruitment applications within the Group via the Applicant Tracking System (Harbour). Other day-to-day tasks will include general administration duties within the Human Resources department, including handling telephone enquiries from regional management, employees and outside agencies and taking appropriate action or messages and pass them on to the appropriate people.
