We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in payroll processing for large organisations who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a minimum of 500 employees.
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with payroll legislation.
  • Maintain payroll records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Handle queries from employees and external bodies regarding payroll matters.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems - experience in a large company environment is preferred.
  • SAP payroll experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume payroll processing.
