Certain Advantage is collaborating with a leading aerospace company to recruit an experienced Quality Conformance Engineer. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in project management, APQP implementation, quality frameworks, industrial system enhancement, and operational quality oversight. You will play a key role in resolving complex quality issues and driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:* Oversee and ensure the seamless industrialisation of Major Modifications, Synchronised Targeted Embodiment Points Mods, Incremental Developments, Full Developments, and Major Industrial Transfers, supporting efficient serial production and scaling operations.* Prioritise Production Organisation Approvals to uphold the highest standards of product safety and regulatory compliance.* Provide quality-focused input in assessments such as risk evaluations, cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

Your Background:* Proven experience implementing and driving adherence to APQP principles and quality standards.* Expertise in leading and facilitating Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for design, process, and machinery.* Strong capability in developing and revising Control Plans to reflect necessary modifications.* Experience in organising and conducting Production Process Verification to validate operational workflows.* Ability to lead forecasting activities related to the Cost of Non-Quality and contribute to initiatives aimed at mitigating quality-related expenses.

During the Interview, We May Ask You About:* Your knowledge of FMEA.* Your experience with APQP.
