As a Cover Supervisor Tradewind will be able to place you in a variety of secondary schools in Flintshire… what is the role of a Cover Supervisor?
· As a Cover Supervisor you will be required to ensure the completion of the work set by the teacher.
· Working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school will really help refine your behaviour management strategies as you are responsible for managing the behaviour of the whole class.
· You are required to safeguard students' wellbeing, feedback at the end of the day to the cover manager, including reporting any issues.
