Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate History Teacher for a secondary school in Flintshire!
We are working alongside a large schools based in Flintshire who are seeking a dedicated History Teacher for a long term role start at the end of September 2024. The role is a full time position working alongside a successful Humanities department to deliver KS3 and KS4 History.
The schools expectations are for teachers to work 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with dedicated PPA time given on the timetable. There will be regular meetings with the department and SLT to ensure a smooth transition.
The ideal candidate is someone that has a proven background in delivering History to a high level and can become a key part of a well organised team.
To be considered for this role, we will need -
- Qualified Teaching Status with specialism in History
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
- Must be registered with the Educational Workforce Council. (EWC)
