Reed Education North Wales are working with a Secondary school in Flintshire.  We are actively recruiting for an English Teacher on a full-time basis to teach English to key stage 3 and 4, this role is to start January 2025 and is required long term.

Responsibilities:

Teach English to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced levelPlan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate studentsDevelop and implement the English curriculum that meets the needs of students and the schoolAssess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parentsKeep up-to-date with the latest developments in English education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practice where appropriateFoster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalentRelevant degree or diploma in English education or related fieldProven experience teaching English to students of all ages and abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong organisational and time-management skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development
