Have you got experience working with children who have Autism, ADHD or SEMH?

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic teaching assistants who are flexible and dedicated to supporting students with a range of needs.

Your role will include:

· Supporting individual students on a 1-1 basis or work as a SEN Class TA helping in the classroom and socially.

· Assist teachers with lesson delivery and help make resources and learning accessible.

· Working closely with students promoting positive behaviour.

· Provide a safe, encouraging and nurturing learning environment.

You will need:

· Experience of working with children with SEND/ALN either in a school or similar setting

· Patience and Empathy

· The ability to think on your feet and be adaptable

· A Level 2 teaching certificate - desirable

· An enhanced child only DBS and EWC
