JB370: Warranty Support Administrator
Salary: £24,000 per annum (Increasing to £25,077 after 3 months)
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Warranty Support Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.
To support the Warranty Team in the day to day running of the department.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Warranty Support Administrator:
- To organise warranty parts returns across all depots and actively partake in the returns process.
- To submit warranty claims for 2 depots.
- To chase up engineers for paperwork and photos.
- To monitor and process additional claim requirements via email.
- Updating warranty dates and policy authorisations on internal system.
- To monitor and process the status of new and outstanding (FSI) safety recalls.
- Provide bi-monthly scrap lists to the Parts Departments.
- Liaise with engineers to ensure information is provided in a timely manner to assist other Administrators.
- To provide holiday cover of the depots for the Warranty Administrators.
- Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed on a timely basis.
- Ensure all paperwork is tied up efficiently and effectively.
- Answer all communication in a prompt and thorough manner where applicable.
Skills and Qualifications for the Warranty Support Administrator:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Effective team player.
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure.
- The ability to provide high levels of customer care.
- Willingness to help both internal and external customers.
- Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude.
- IT Proficient.
