What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing SCADA engineering team.
- Oversee the design, integration, and governance of SCADA solutions for critical projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Support innovative, cost-effective SCADA and automation solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and technical excellence in control systems.
What You Bring:
- Degree/HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline & professional accreditation (IEng/CEng preferred).
- Proven leadership in SCADA, automation, and control system projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, CDM regulations, and system integration.
- Experience delivering SCADA/automation projects within time, budget, and safety requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
