My client is currently seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to lead their Kitchen team at this busy bistro within a stunning Resort, near Bude.
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food costs and inventory, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
You will work closely with the F&B Manager to create innovative and delicious menus and have your input on new afternoon tea launch and onsite deli shop.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of 16 per hour, averaging 40-45 hours per week with additional hours during peak season.
You will work 5 days a week, with a mix of straight and split shifts.
