- Manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise staff, and Coordinate with the supply chain and client's representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports on progress and challenges.
- Proven experience in site management role gained specifically on general contracting works of £3m +
- Solid H & S awareness and the usual SMSTS, CSCS Black or White card plus First aid at work.
- Previous Industrial scheme experience and a sound awareness of steel frame works
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing challenges proactively.
- Ability to work independently reporting into a visiting Construction Manager.
