Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet technical and business goals.
Work with design, engineering, and production teams to develop and refine new products.
Plan and oversee testing, prototyping, and validation to ensure product performance and quality.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source materials and components efficiently.
Identify and solve design or manufacturing challenges throughout the development process.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, updating stakeholders as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in project engineering, product development, or a related field.
