Location: Bude

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to support our SEN Children part of our specialised provision. The successful candidate will work within our Additional Resource Base, providing tailored educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN). This role involves creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with other educators and support staff, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
