My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Panel Beater to join their Body shop team in Falmouth. As a Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, adhering to manufacturer specifications and utilising state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged vehicles, including panel replacement, straightening, filling, and alignment.
- Perform welding and bonding techniques.
- Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality standards and comply with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to efficiently complete repairs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a related field.
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
