Brook Street Social Care are working with a wonderful charity who are recruiting for personal wellbeing coaches. You will be working with an award-winning charity who specialise in social justice using expertise and real-life past experiences to empower people and get them the help they need. You will be speaking with and supporting people who feel they are being held back by poverty, exploitation, abuse, addiction, mental health and/or being caught up in crime. This role involves speaking with individuals who have been forwarded to you by their probation officer so they can receive help, advice and guidance. This is role is mostly office based with some flexibility for home working and opportunities to go out and meet the individuals you are supporting face to face.


Join a dynamic, multi-agency team providing holistic, person-centred support. You will address diverse wellbeing needs, including family relationships, social isolation, emotional health, and support for those transitioning from prison. The charity value lived experience and encourage applicants who have overcome challenges such as homelessness, substance misuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system.


In this role, you'll assess and plan tailored interventions, collaborate with various partners, maintain accurate records, and contribute to out-of-hours support services, all while embodying our mission and values and continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
