HGV Class 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 - Amesbury

We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 drivers for Ad-Hoc work at our busy chilled distribution site based in Amesbury (Wiltshire). The role consists of refrigerated multi drop deliveries to various locations. Immediate starts for successful candidates.

Shift available:

• Am's and PM's week days and preferably weekends.

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £15.08 (overtime after 47.5hrs £16.96)
• Saturday £16.96
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £22.62

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £17.23 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.38)
• Saturday £19.38
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.84

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In date DIGI and CPC card
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
• No more than 3 points on your licence.
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience required.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refuelling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
