Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

gap personnel Bristol, are currently recruiting for a Full time administrator in Amesbury with immediate start.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting our branch answering the phone & sourcing candidates for our client
- Managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages whilst building strong relationships with the candidates and maintaining the company values at all times.
- Approaching candidates with most professionalism and curtesy, excellent levels of communication maintained throughout the recruitment process
- Excellent customer service via telephone and within all e-mail and SMS communications
- Pre-screening candidates, booking candidates in for interviews ensuring excellent communication throughout, interviewing, conducting week surveys week 2 and week 4.
The Candidate:
- Admin experience, ideally within a warehouse environment
- Computer literate - confident using basic Excel spreadsheets
- Can work as team or individually
- Energetic and positive "can do" attitude
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- A good problem solver
- Attention to detail
