Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Full time on site )
Salary: Up to £30k, DOE
Hawk3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Blender to join our client's dynamic team. In this essential role, you will contribute significantly to Operations function, ensuring the seamless operation of the business.
As a Product Blender/Mixer, you will be responsible for creating production batches in adherence to detailed formulation guidelines while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires precision and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately select raw materials from the warehouse for production batches.
- Prepare and produce bulk batches in accordance with formulation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality.
- Utilize various mixing vessels to enhance production efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse batch production, meticulously recording results.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize production processes.
- Operate machinery with safety and efficiency as a priority.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Work closely with the Quality team.
- Adhere to company Health & Safety policies.

- Proficient in IT for accurate batch data recording.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A committed team player, dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in a similar role within the chemicals or FMCG industries.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of following strict guidelines.
