Shift Pattern: 6PM-6AM, 4 on 4 off

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the fast-paced FMCG industry? We are seeking skilled engineers to join the night shift team.
About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will be responsible for:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime.
- Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to keep operations running efficiently.
- Installation work to support site upgrades and improvements.
- Working in a dynamic FMCG environment, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (minimum) and a diploma in electrical engineering or JIB card.
- Experience in an FMCG environment (food manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
