Rates and Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
- Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Encouraging residents' independence and creating a positive, supportive environment.
- Following individual care plans and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Requirements of the Support Worker:
- UK experience in a similar role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A caring, empathetic approach.
- Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
