Sanctuary Personnel is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in local care homes in Bungay. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Encouraging residents' independence and creating a positive, supportive environment.
  • Following individual care plans and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • UK experience in a similar role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A caring, empathetic approach.
  • Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
