Residential ConveyancerFull-time | Permanent | Monday – Friday | Day ShiftWe are looking for a detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer to join our successful property team. You’ll manage residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and delivering excellent client service.What You’ll Do:
  • Handle a caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, and unregistered land).
  • Conduct title investigations, searches, and due diligence.
  • Prepare and review legal documents (contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage documents).
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Provide clear legal advice and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on property law and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in leasehold, freehold, and unregistered land transactions.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
