About the Role

As a Quality Shift Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily Quality Assurance processes for our poultry products, ensuring they consistently meet all required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quality checks on raw materials intake, ensuring all materials meet agreed specifications
  • Act as the main QA contact for material quality assessment, with the ability to address issues promptly on the floor
  • Supervise and support the QA team in inspecting incoming goods, managing non-conformities, and addressing issues promptly
  • Engage with suppliers and troubleshoot in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

About You

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in food quality assurance or within a FMCG environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions are crucial.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
