Our client is a fast-growing company driven by a strong sense of teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are on an exciting growth trajectory and are seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic team at their head office in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. This position will be 70 to 80% Account management and the rest Business development with only warm or hot leads.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Account Manager, you'll develop a wide range of skills across various services, including water, fire, health and safety, asbestos, and electrics. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Providing online customer training
  • Managing existing customer accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Managing accounts proactively and reactively
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Handling invoicing and credit control

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Proven track record in account management
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Full UK driving license
  • Must live within 45 minutes of the head office (SG9)
