The Role

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager to own and drive their High-Net-Worth book of business, cross-selling our clients full range of products, including their range of motor, personal and business insurances.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with existing clients, maintaining, and developing these to support full client needs, including strong referrals to their financial services.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to raise awareness of our High-Net-Worth offering and the exceptional service they offer.
  • Recording and tracking contacts, prospects, and sales to maximise conversion ratio of leads to sales and provide a robust record of advice given and accurate policy information.
  • Develop relationship with their High-Net-Worth product underwriting team.
  • Maintaining your own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of our clients T&C scheme and regulators.

Skills and Requirements:

  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals is essential.
  • Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent of A-C grade including Maths and English.
  • Strong I.T. literacy, being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications.
