Exciting entry level administrative role based in the Cotswolds!

The Burford Recruitment Company are working with a growing financial services firm located in Burford, Cotswolds. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their office career, who enjoys working in a busy client facing environment.

Training will be provided, so previous office experience is not essential, you will just need lots of enthusiasm, be confident liaising with clients face to face and over the phone and be keen to learn. This opportunity could be well suited to people with a background in hospitality or retail that are keen to gain office experience and move away from evening and weekend working.

You will be supporting the team with administrative duties, and your day will be varied and will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing to the relevant person/team.
  • The monitoring of admin inboxes, dealing with queries and referrals.
  • Assisting with the completion of daily entries within the central diary system. Such as the processing and chasing for outstanding documents
  • Processing new policies/renewed policies.

Skills required for this role:

  • Experience in a customer service, office, retail environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferably educated to A-Level

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
  • Fully office based role in Burford
  • 25 Days holiday
  • Live within a commutable distance to Burford, OX18
