With the freedom to work predominantly remotely with a small amount of on-site presence required, you’ll play a vital role in providing management accounts and cash flow reporting to support strategic decision-making as well as ensuring day-to-day operational finance is in safe hands. Working closely with the General Manager and Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll provide the financial insights needed to thrive.

This is more than just a bookkeeping role—it’s a chance to shape the financial success of a well-known and admired business. Your expertise will help the General Manager run an efficient operation while giving the Commercial Finance Manager the data they need to make informed strategic decisions. Alongside this, you’ll oversee essential bookkeeping duties, including reconciliations, VAT returns, processing invoices, and of course managing supplier payments. Ensuring the smooth operation of these financial functions will be key to maintaining the venue’s ongoing success.

We’re looking for someone with strong bookkeeping experience, ideally within hospitality or events, who is proficient in Xero or similar accounting software. Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. You should also be confident in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
