Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by expanding into new areas
- Conduct property valuations (training available) and provide expert advice to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate sales offers and progress through to completion
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and market expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a property sales negotiator role is essential
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for property sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local property markets
- A valid UK driver's license.
