Salary: £24k - £25k + Company benefit package

Hours: Mon-Thu 9am - 17.30pm and Fri 9am - 5pm (office based)

My client is looking for a highly organised and confident individual to join their property block management department to assist the team with the day-to-day tasks, making sure they are organised, and everything is up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception, dealing with incoming calls, diverting calks to the correct individual and taking messages.
  • Sending out letters, circulars, notices to residents via email and correspondence.
  • Diary management, booking in appointments.
  • Assisting the block managers in the organisation if maintenance and major works.
  • Updating and completing work orders.
  • Liasing with contractors as required and booking them in for repair work.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.
  • Filing and scanning documentation.
  • Dealing with the email inbox in a timely manner.
  • Occasional site visits, taking photos and documenting findings.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven administrative background ideally supporting a team.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry.
  • Great telephone manner, personable and a confident communicator.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and multi-task.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of using Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
  • Strong team player and enjoy getting involved in all areas of the department.
  • Highly organised, great attention to detail and task orientated.
