As an Administrative Apprentice, you will handle essential administrative tasks, assist with internal communications, and help prepare presentations under the guidance of your line manager. Responsibilities for an apprentice

  • Administrative Support: Manage office tasks such as recording events, organizing files, and handling internal communications to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
  • Invoice Processing: Receive invoices and accurately direct them to the appropriate department for further processing.
  • Presentation Preparation: Work closely with your line manager to prepare PowerPoint presentations, honing your skills in effective business communication.
  • Internal Communication: Keep team members updated on work progress and support effective communication across departments via email and occasional video calls.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records of events, files, and key project information to support team efficiency.

Skills / Experience

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused approach.
  • IT Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work well in an open office setting and adapt to a variety of team tasks.
  • Time Management: Organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Motivation to Learn: Eager to develop new skills and expand responsibilities within the company as it grows
  • Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative and is motivated to learn and improve.
  • Mentorship Potential: Willingness to eventually train future apprentices as the team expands.
