Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN)
Salary: 57,333
Location: Ditchling, East Sussex
I am seeking an established Clinical Lead (RGN or RMN) to oversee a beautiful Residential service within the Ditchling Common area, East Sussex. As one of the Clinical Leads, your role will involve a blend of leadership, clinical oversight, and direct care delivery. Working closely with the Registered Home Manager, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the home runs efficiently while upholding the highest standards of care.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leadership and Management Support
* Clinical Supervision and Care Delivery
* Resident Welfare and Safety
* Staff Development and Support
* Quality Assurance and Compliance
* Shift Leadership

Key requirements a Clinical Lead must have:
* Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)
* Proven experience in clinical leadership within Care Home
* A record of managing a high quality, residential service
* An experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance
