Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Salary: 25,000 - 26,000

Office Angels are partnering with a leading global brand who are on the hunt for a new team member to join their expanding team. Working in the administrative function of the team, your role will be busy, with no two days the same! You will be working as part of a friendly, professional, and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Account Managers with day-to-day administration
  • Liaising with people both internally and externally to provide order updates and create customer quotes
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain pricing for items and gain updates on orders
  • Coordinating delivery and logistics of orders to customers
  • Quality check and validate orders via a CRM system
  • Respond appropriately to queries via telephone and email
  • Update and maintain internal reports and systems

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, keep track of deadlines, and maintain order in a dynamic work environment.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing excellent service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems quality check, validate orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
